MY STORY

Hey, I’m Ethan — Online Coach & Personal Trainer

Growing up, I was always the bigger kid. I struggled with my weight for years until I finally decided to take control of my health.

Over time, I lost more than 30kg and completely transformed my lifestyle.

MY PHILOSOPHY

I know firsthand how tough the journey can be — the mental battles, the lack of motivation, and the confusion around what actually works. That’s exactly why I do what I do now.

As a coach, I help others break through the same struggles I faced. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build confidence, or just feel better in your own skin — I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
